Your registration includes access and availability to;

  • All Congress plenary, keynote and technical sessions, and forums.
  • Technical exhibition areas
  • Welcome reception
  • Lunches and refreshments(coffee and tea) during congress breaks
  • Congress Materials including access to all abstracts and during the Congress, list of participants and PDFs of presentations (after the Congress).
  • Access to the final information and conclusions of the Congress Program-book that will be published in the webpage

* Accompany person can access only Opening Ceremony, Welcome reception, Exhibition area, Lunches, coffee break.
* Students must provide proof of student status or valid student ID card.
* Participants not yet ISES members can add a membership when registering and take advantage of ISES member rates.

Group Registration

* Group discount is based on 15 or more employees for the conference and will get the 10 % of discount from your standard registration fee. To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed at the same institution and the same campus. Group discounts are available only after you get the GROUP CODE from SWC2015 Secretariat.
* To get the group discount, the steps are below.

Step 1. All people on the list should create their account individually (NOT Online registration yet) on SWC 2015 official
            website at first.
Step 2. Fill in all list of participants (More than 15 persons) and the essential information including ID on THE GROUP
and send to SWC 2015 Secretariat ()
Step 3. Once SWC 2015 Secretariat has confirmed the lists, you will be provided the GROUP CODE by email indicated on
            the list.
Step 4. Go to online registration and fill in your GROUP CODE as below picture and then complete your online registration
            (* All persons on the list, must make online registration individually to complete the registration)

Author Registration

Authors of accepted papers must carry out online registration by September 15, 2015 to be included in the program and for their full papers(optional) to be reviewed and published in the proceedings. Each paper must have at least one author registered with the standard rate.

Payment Methods

By Credit Card

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment made to Eximbay.

By Wire Transfer

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to registration fees. The wire transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, as unidentified wire transfers cannot be processed. Participants are also requested to send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their name to the SWC 2015 secretariat.

Confirmation of Registration

Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within minutes after submitting the online form. Registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received. We strongly recommend presenting the confirmation letter upon arrival at the onsite pre-registration desks in order to collect your name badge and conference materials in the most efficient manner possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions:
Please kindly note that all refunds will be made after the conference.

For cancellations received by September 15
- Full registration fee will be refunded less $50 of administration charge.
For cancellations received by October 20
- 50% of full registration fee will be refunded.
For cancellations received from October 27
- No refund will be provided.
- No-shows to the event will be charged the full fee.
  • Bank remittance & administration fee will be deducted by the registrant.
  • If your payment has been made through a bank transfer, the refund will be made by only bank transfer, and any handling charges will be paid by the participant (no costs to the organizers).
  • All cancellations must received by email or fax. (Telephone cancellations are not accepted)
