If you need the invitation letter, Participants (You and your accompany person) need to fill in the “Invitation Request form” (which is downloadable on the SWC site : http://www.swc2015.org/index.php?g_page=info&m_page=info03) once you have registered and paid to attend the Conference and send to SWC 2015 Secretariat (registration@swc2015.org) with the copy of the front page of passport.

* Please note applying for a visa will take at least a few month (2-4 months) prior to your date of departure (Nov. 2015), so please send the “Invitation Request form” no later than Sep. 25, 2015.
